Dear Ms. Smith,
Please see the enclosed Preliminary Plan application for Covey Commons. This development
was previously reviewed by the Technical Review Committee and received preliminary plan
approval for 15 residential lots on April 11, 2018. Since this approval has expired, we are
requesting a reapproval of the preliminary plan (which has been updated to reflect recent
revisions to the County’s open space standards).
