Closed Session Meeting Minutes
June 17, 2021
The following are the meeting minutes of the Closed Session of the regular meeting that was
held on June 17, 2021 at 9 am at 6009 Market Street, Wilmington, NC.
The following_ persons attended the closed session portion of the meeting.

The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss a real estate issue per NC GS 143-
318.11(a)(5).
Motion was made by Mr. Blair to return to open session. Ms. Partin seconded the motion, and all
present approved.
