Notice of Community Meeting for Rezoning
This is a notice for a community information meeting for an upcoming request
by KFJ, LLC, applicant, on behalf of DBDL, LLC, and Terminal Road Property, LLC,
property owners, for a rezoning request from I-2 to Planned Development for
residential mixed-use.
The subject property 1 is approximately 8.34 acres and is located at 1100 Point
Harbor Road in New Hanover County and is identified as PID #RO4700-003-007-
000.
The subject property 2 is approximately 25.64 acres and is located at 1920 S
Terminal Road in New Hanover County and is identified as PID #RO4000-003-
011-000.
The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the proposal
and answer questions from the meeting attendees.
