RE: Banks Pointe – Community Meeting for a Conditional Rezoning Request by LDI

Paramounte Engineering, Inc. and LDI Commercial, LLC, invite you to another opportunity to
learn about the proposed Banks Pointe development at a community meeting. You are receiving
this invitation because New Hanover County GIS records indicate you own property adjacent to
the land proposed to be rezoned.
The subject property consists of approximately 21.77 acres of land located on Carolina Beach
Road and the extension of Jacob Mott Drive, east of The Village at Motts Landing. The
proposed conditional rezoning would allow for the construction of a multi-family development
consisting of 356 units. Please reference the enclosed conceptual site plan for more information.
The meeting will be on Thursday, September 16, 2021, from 6:00-7:00pm at Veteran’s
Park Picnic Shelter #1. The location of the shelter is located adjacent to the baseball/softball
fields near a water tower and is highlighted on the map below:
