NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Board of Adjustment will hold a quasi-judicial
hearing on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center,
230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider
the following:
Case BOA-964 – Timothy and Dixie Ward, applicants and property owners, are requesting a
variance of 25’ from the 75’ minimum conservation resource setback requirement per Section
5.7.4.B (1) of the New Hanover County Unified Development Ordinance. The property is zoned R-
15, Residential District and is located at 1664 Tall Ships Lane.
Any person requesting information regarding a case should contact the New Hanover County Planning
and Land Use Department at (910) 798-7165. These are quasi-judicial hearings, open to the public.
Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
