• Project Information Notice was mailed out to 73 property owners on 10/14/21 per the list
provided by New Hanover County Planning Department. The mailing included the notice letter
and a copy of the site plan.
• The notice letter and site plan were emailed to New Hanover County Planning for uploading to
their communication site.
• No inquiries have been received about the development – phone calls or emails.
