RE: Carolina Inlet View – Performance Residential Development - Extension
Ms. Wong,
The Technical Review Committee (TRC) has reviewed your request to extend the validity of the
preliminary plan for the Carolina Inlet View performance residential development. The
preliminary plan, which consists of a total of seven single-family lots, was previously approved by
the TRC on December 12, 2018. As provided in Section 10.3.7 of the Unified Development
Ordinance, the TRC has approved a one-year extension of the vesting period. The preliminary plan
approval will now remain valid until December 12, 2021.
Please note that the project as proposed is subject standards relating to the location of water
supply wells.
The TRC can grant a maximum of two, one-year extensions. If you have any questions or concerns,
