Re: 1512 Burnett Road, Wilmington NC 28409 ("Carolina Inlet View") — Extension of Performance Plan
Dear Mr. Vafier,:
I am writing to request that the New Hanover County's Technical
Review Committee ("TRC") consider an additional one-year extension, from the expiration date of December 09, 2021 for the performance plan of the Carolina Inlet View property.
We are
requesting the extension due to Covid -19 pandemic. There are members of the company who have not been vaccinated. We are praying that we will be able to travel to start developing the
property without any fear of contracting Covid -19 in the next year. We have started the process of contacting different trades for the estimates. Due to the real estate boom in Wilmington
North Carolina, they are delays of getting estimates. We are hoping by next year we will be able to do the necessary work on the property.
For purposes of this hearing, we will be
continuing to use the services of Mr. David Ward, to represent us at the hearing, as our agent, and Mr. Ronald Sparks P.E. such as each may be required.
