The following motion was presented:
MOTION: Cheryl Hannah MOVED; SECONDED by Karl Hess that the minutes of the August meeting be approved.
Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
1. Tara Duckworth had nothing to report and asked Jodi to provide an update on the
upcoming Food Truck Rodeo.
2. Spero provided an update on the financials. Food Truck Rodeo was $900 for September,
with $1,900 from previous rodeo. Additional income was $100 from t-shirt sales. Contributions in
memory/honor of individuals was $1,500 as well as corporate contributions of $1,400. Expenses were $500
and our actual profit was $9,254. Total balance to date was $62,000.
3. Food Truck Rodeo. Jodi shared that the Food Truck Rodeo is coming up in less than 2 weeks and will be held
at Long Leaf Park. Cheryl added that an email was sent out to have board members sign up to help under the

with a few more expected to participate. It will be held on Halloween, which should be fun for kids and adults
alike.
