The HOP offers Housing Authority tenants: Low down payments of 2% of the cost of acquisition or no less than $1,000.00. Low interest fixed rate loans for 30 years. The total mortgage pool will be $1,250,000.00. The participating banks will contribute $750,000.00 to the HOP.
