The following are the meeting minutes of the Closed Session of the regular meeting that was
held on March 17, 2022 at 9 am at 6009 Market Street, Wilmington, NC.
The following persons attended the closed session portion of the Meeting.

The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss a personnel issue per NC GS 143-318.1 I(a)(6).
Motion was made by Mr. Blair to return to open session. Mr. Wolfe seconded the motion, and all
present approved.
