PRELIMINARY PLAN APPROVAL

Subject: Sea Lilly – Conventional Residential Development – Preliminary Plan Approval
The preliminary plan for the Sea Lilly conventional residential development has been approved. The
approved preliminary plan consists of 9 single-family lots on 8.95 acres of land located near the
200 block of Gazebo Court. Enclosed is the approved plan.
This approval is valid for two years unless a final plat application for all or a portion of the plat is
submitted to the County. Construction plans must be approved prior to full site work taking place on
the property.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development
ordinances, including, but not limited to, those referenced in the TRC comments dated April 3, 2020,
and as revised. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation,
or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
