New Hanover County (County) is engaged in the construction of the Jail Expansion capital project which involves the construction andlor acquisition of capital assets. 2. County desires to authorize and budget for said capital project in a project ordinance adopted pursuant to North Carolina General Statute $159-13.2, such ordinance ~o ~ authorize all appropriations necessary for the completion of said project. The study will make recommendations concerning the County's Land Use Plan and Policies and the existing regulations concerning land development.
