The Wilmington Realtors Founda4on is a a 501C3 non-profit organiza4on and the philanthropic arm
of Cape Fear Realtors. We were established in September of 1988 In the state of North Carolina. and
the philanthropic arm of Cape Fear Realtors.
In 2017 we changed our mission to include affordable housing. We have consistently provided
dona4ons to non-profits in the community, but wanted to give back in a more meaningful way.
Development of affordable housing was at the top of our list.
Our mission is: Providing resources to create housing opportuni4es for a beSer quality of life in our
