RE: Community Meeting for Conditional Rezoning - Nixon Properties
Paramounte Engineering, Inc. is inviting you to a community meeting on Wednesday, October
26, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Coastal Bagels in Wilmington, NC (6756 Gordon Road, Suite
100). We are hosting the meeting to provide you information about the proposed conditional
rezoning of the Nixon properties bounded by the end of Ruth Avenue, the new Military Cutoff
Expansion, and Market Street. The subject property is the + 11.89 acre land further identified as
New Hanover County Addresses/Parcels: 7011 Ruth Avenue (R04409-004-006-000), 7032 Ruth
Avenue (R04409-004-004-000), 7001 Market Street (R04400-002-008-000), and 7035 Market
Street (R04400-002-016-000).
You are receiving this invitation because New Hanover County GIS records indicate you own
property near or adjacent to the proposed conditional rezoning subject property. As part of the
conditional rezoning process, the County requires that we hold a community meeting with any
interested adjacent property owners prior to our conditional rezoning application submittal to the
County Planning and Zoning Department, so please join us and learn about our plans.
Please reference the enclosed conceptual plan for a first look at the project. We know these
plans are small and hard to read, so join us on the 26th for a look at larger scale plans. Our
development team will be on hand to answer questions and discuss the project with neighbors.

our open house between the 5:00 and 7:00 PM.
