Good afternoon Robert, I have copied your email text from earlier today into this email for reference. As we have
previously discussed this application is to change the zoning conditions for this property.
We are not building a new building on site, we are renovating one existing building for the Sandy Paws Veterinary
Hospital (Veterinary Services) and removing the smaller framed structure toward the rear of the site.
The impervious area was calculated by the civil engineer back in December and emailed the calculations (9,998 SF) and
site plan to Frank Chapman on 12-6-22 (see below).
There are also 2 well houses and a concrete pad being removed which are not included in the calculation shown. If you
have questions about the calculations you can contact the civil engineer Tim Kennerly - (336) 775-2118.
Yes, we are planning to permanently retain the trees that are shown on the C-200 Site Plan that was submitted with the
application.
Let me know if you need any additional information.
Thanks,
Dean Seaford

Good afternoon,
We were doing a preliminary review of the application materials you submitted and noted the concept plan didn’t
include any proposed stormwater management facilities. The overall impervious looks to be a little over an acre, if
stormwater facilities are required for a project the approximate location will need to be shown on the concept plan.
I also had a question about the existing trees. Are the trees shown on the concept plan going to be retained on-site
permanently as part of the project to count toward landscaping requirements etc? If so can that be added as a condition
of the project?
Thanks,
Robert
