Planning Comments
1. a. Added “Use” to Cover Sheet
2. a. Demolition Permit shall be applied for prior to demolition.

3. a. Bollards were added for the six spaces referenced.
4. Tree Retention/Removal Plan has been added to plan set. Awaiting Arborist Report to
accompany plan. We will forward that information as soon as we have it in hand.

6. Lighting Plan noted.
7. Sign permits will be applied for prior to installation.

1. Comments provided by David Daily with CFPUA have been addressed and State Permits for
waterline extension and forcemain installation will be submitted. Permits will be forwarded to
CFPUA once they are obtained.
NCDOT

2. DOT submittals have been made. Permits will be forwarded once they are obtained.

Army Corp of Engineers
1. Wetland permit application has been submitted. Awaiting permit/comments. Permit will
be forwarded once it is obtained.
Note that a few items are outstanding, but we wanted to get the revisions made and
resubmitted that we had control over. The outstanding items will be forwarded once they are
obtained by our office.
