Response to review comments have been added below each comment in bold font.
1. Turning template shows the largest design vehicle chosen, WB-67, will not be able to perform a
right turn ingress or egress movement at the intersection of US 117 (Castle Hayne Rd) and SR-
1002 (Holly Shelter Rd). Please revise site access.
Response: We have had multiple meetings with the NCDOT district engineer’s office and received
detailed feedback from them. The revised site plans reflect the conditions which NCDOT requested in
order to approve a Driveway Permit on Castle Hayne Road.
2. Advisory Comment: Consider revising the proposed stormwater control pond to provide
additional maneuvering room on site.
