Dear Mr. Jamison:
Enclosed are revised plans for the above referenced project. Numbering below corresponds
with the comments received on January 25, 2022 with responses as follows:
1. Project narrative added to cover sheet.
2. Owner’s Certification added to C0.0. Noted.
3. CN for gravel revised to 98.
4. Rainfall distribution changed to Type III and precipitation revised according to NOAA
data.
5. Gutter flow calculations added to Hydrology Report.
6. Pipe size changed to 15”. Minimum cover is 2’. Cover provided is 2.25’
7. Pipe drainage system is now sized for 25 year storm event.
8. Catch basin outfall pipe’s slope and length has been revised to match.
9. Infiltration System has been modified to detention system.
10. Infiltration System has been modified to detention system.
11. Infiltration system has been modified to a detention system. Per previous
conversations, the system will overflow out of the catch basin and downstream to the
south.
12. Inspection ports / cleanouts shown in updated set on C5.0.
13. This area is flushed. Runoff with sheet flow to the southeast.
