2. Water and Sewer- A letter from the appropriate State or local hea皿agency approving the design ofsuch systems and

3. Drainage- The location ofall marches, WatercourseS, ditches, drainnge chamels, With proposed drainage and皿ty
easements water and sewer for the proposed subdivision.
4. A letter from the Soil Conservation Service indica血g any acreage from Class rV soils on the property.
5. A letter from Cb皿ty Fire Services approving fire hydrant location and street design.
