The proposed facility is a temporary asphalt parking area with additional handicap parking that will be located near the center of the site The proposed temporary parking area is being installed to provide additional employee parking for Wilmington International Airport. Receiving Waters: The receiving waters for this site are the waters of Smith Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin. The Stream Index for Smith Creek is 18-74-63 and the classification is “C; SW”. The stream is not listed on the North Carolina 2020 Final 303(d) List. Wetlands: No Wetlands are located on the site.
