Closed Session Meeting Minutes
May 18, 2023
The following are the meeting minutes of the Closed Session of the regular meeting that was
held on May 18, 2023 at 9 am at 6009 Market Street, Wilmington, NC.
The followimz persons attended the closed session portion of the meeting.

William Rivenbark, Member
Thomas Wolfe, Member
Wanda Copley, Legal Counsel
The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss a personnel issue per NC GS 143-318.11(a)(6).
Motion was made by Mr. Wolfe to return to oin session. Mr. Rivenbark seconded the motion,
and all present approved.
