A COPY OF THE APPROVED EROSION CONTROL PLAN MUST BE KEPT ON SITE AT ALL TIMES. DEFECTIVE MATERIALS SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE WORK WORK DONE BEYOND THE LINE OR NOT IN CONFORMITY WITH THE GRADES SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS OR AS PROVIDED, WORK DONE WITHOUT PROPER INSPECTION; OR ANY EXTRA OR UNCLASSIFIED WORK DONE WITHOUT ANY WRITTEN AUTHORITY AND PRIOR AGREEMENT IN WRITING AS TO PRICES, SHALL BE AT THE CONTRACTOR'S RISK, AND WILL BE CONSIDERED UNAUTHORIZED, AND AT THE OPTION OF THE OWNER MAY NOT BE MEASURED AND PAID FOR AND MAY BE ORDERED REMOVED AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.
