Issues and Concerns Discussed at Meeting
The issues and concerns that we gathered from the meeting were towards traffic
impacts on Jasmine Cove Way, residents concerns for needing a traffic signal at
Jasmine Cove Way and College Rd. and asking us to share their concerns with
the appropriate individuals throughout our process, and tree removal from site
that absorbs noise generated by traffic along College Rd.

Based on the conversation that we had with the residents who attended this
meeting, we have shared with them, the improvements that will be required for
buffers that will replenish and improve the site through nature. This replenishing
of vegetation and a proposed structure that will be constructed of brick and mortar
will absorb noise generated from College Dr. We also plan to have
conversations with WMPO, New Hanover County, and NCDOT to remove the
second entrance that accesses Jasmine Cove Way. At the time of the application,
no changes or modifications have been made to the proposal.
