The commercial site plan for the Take 5 Car Wash has been approved. The approved site plan consists of
the construction of a 3,778 square foot structure with associated parking and landscaping on 1.28 acres
of land located at 8232 Market Street, Wilmington, NC, 28411, (PIN R03600-005-042-000). Enclosed is the
approved site plan.
This approval is valid for two (2) years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing
the approved development is obtained.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances.
In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any
other government or regulatory agency.
