Subject: The Townes at Park Place – Performance Residential Development – Preliminary Plan Approval
The preliminary plan for The Townes at Park Place has been approved. The approved preliminary plan
consists of 88 townhouse units at 9.6 units per acre on 9.14 acres of land located at 5306 & 5308 Carolina
Beach Road. Enclosed is the approved preliminary plan. Please note that a separate tree removal permit
has been received and is under review for this development.
This approval is valid for two years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing the
approved development is obtained.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances,
including, but not limited to, those referenced in the TRC comments dated October 28, 2022. In addition, this
approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government
or regulatory agency.
