Subject: Blue Clay Townes – Performance Residential Development – Preliminary Plan Approval
The preliminary plan for Blue Clay Townes has been approved. The approved preliminary plan consists of
50 townhouse units at 6.6 units per acre on 7.58 acres of land located at 3001 Blue Clay Road. Enclosed is
the approved preliminary plan. Please note that a separate tree removal permit has been issued (TR-22-
000012).
This approval is valid for two years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing the
approved development is obtained.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances,
including, but not limited to, those referenced in the TRC comments dated August 13, 2021. In addition, this
approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government
or regulatory agency.
