The current zoning of the property is B-2 (Highway Business District) and R-15 (Residential-15). The proposed conditional rezoning would be RMF-M (Residential Multi-Family Moderate Density) with a proposed density of 15.8 units/acre consisting of a mix of single family and multifamily residential units. Please reference the attached illustration of the concept site plan. We welcome the opportunity to discuss the proposed project with you at the community meeting where we will give a brief presentation and answer any questions.
