Experience Program Manager- Healthy Opportunities Pilot East Carolina Community Development Inc.- Wilmington, NC 6/2022 to Present Developed the program structure and policies for the Healthy Opportunities Pilot funded through the Department of Health and Human Services. Serve as the program manager/senior case manager for the Healthy Opportunities Pilot Program. Measure and report program outcomes and quality of care to stakeholders including HOP network leads, funders, and ECCDI’s board of directors. Utilize Power Point to create presentations that define HOP services, capacity reporting and service outcomes. Oversee all marketing projects to conduct community outreach and strategies to promote Healthy Opportunities Pilot, focus on awareness and enrollment. Supervise staff working in the sector and ensure required processes are managed and maintained.
