Dear Mr. Grathwol:
The Technical Review Committee of the County Planning Board
in regular session on January 24, 1990 voted to grant approval of
an eleven (11) lot expansion of the referenced subdivision.
Attending the meeting were TRC member Bill- Sisson, members of
staff and you.
Approval is pursuant to Section. 102-4 of the Zoning
Ordinance and applicable Federal, State and local laws. The
validity period is for one ( 1 ) year.

ITEM 2: BRITTANY LAKES of Coastal Carolina Country Club:
Expansion
Project Summary - The proposed expansion would consist of the
installation of two cul-de-sac bulbs and attendant lots. A
total of eleveli lots would be included.
Brittany Lakes is a sub -phase of the overall Coastal
Carolina Country Club Performance Development. The original
preliminary for Brittany Lakes was approved by the TRC on
December 21, 1988; and although the road extensions and lots in
question were illustrated on the plan, they were not included in
the approval.
Previous Actions
1. Coastal Carolina County Club: Preliminary plan approved
June 16, 1986 for 3850 units.
2. Brittany Lakes Preliminary approved December 21, 1988 (97
lots).
3. Section 1, Final Plat approved May 25, 1989 (2 lots).
4. Section 1A, Final Plat approved October 25, 1989 (43 lots).
All improvements for the property in question are complete.
Note: To date, the following subdivisions within the overall
Coastal Carolina project have been approved:
1. Quail Woods 2. Brittany Woods 3. Brittany Lakes
4. Shenandoah Woods 5. Gordon woods
