GARRETT JR. SECRETARY This is to advise that Section 14, Brittany Woods Subdivision has been constructed per plans approved on November 20, 1005. Section 14, Brittany Woods Subdivision meets the minimum construction requirements of the Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, for basic drainage, base and pavement. All other drainage must meet Department of Transportation standards at the time of petitioning for addition to the state system. This is to further advise that utilities located within dedicated rights of way must have an encroachment agreement before being recommended to be added to the state maintenance system.
