April 20, 1989.
During, this review it was noted -that Section 6,

of Hir_4,11ways, for basic drainage, base anrd )�avetfi� nt. All

state system.
Attached is a copy of the District Subdivision.
Inspection Policies and Slope and Drainage Rectuir.e merits For
driveway pipe installations for your ready reference in
construction of this subdivision. It should be noted -that
driveways are to be graded to meet -the shoulder grades as
shown on the attached drawings.

This is to further advise that utilities located within
dedicated rights of way must have an encroachment agreement
before being; recommended to be added to the state maint-
enance system. Also, the residency requirements must be
met and the road be in an acceptable state of maintenance
when petitioned.
