Dear Mr. Grathwol:
Please be advised that the surety posted for the guarantee of
infrastructure improvements for Brittany Woods: 9 in the amount of
$13,094 expires on January 13, 1993. Immediate arrangements should
be made to complete the required improvements, extend the existing
Letter of Credit, or submit a new surety for the remaining
improvements prior to expiration.
If improvements within the above -referenced development are
complete or close to completion, notify Wayne Kimbrell, County
Engineer for field inspection. A NCDOT Basic Letter will also be
required prior to releasing the bond.
If arrangements to extend/renew said Letter of Cr-edit are not
received by this office one (1) week prior to expiration, the
County will have no choice but to draft the necessary paperwork and
withdraw the stated amount from United Carolina Bank. This amount
will then be used by the County to complete the necessary
infrastructure improvements.

Brittany Woods Subdivision meets the minimum construction
requirements of the ,Departmont of Transportation, Division of
Highways, for basic drainage, base andpavement. All other drainage
must meet Department of Transportation standards at the time of
petitioning for addition to the state system.
This is to further advise that utilities located within de��icated
-rights of way must have an encroachment agreement before being
recommended to be added to the state maintenance aystem. Also, the
residency requirements must be mat and the road be in an acceptable
state of maintenance when petitioned.

This is to further advise that, utilities located within (te<.Udated
rights of way must have, an encroachment agreement before being
recommended to be added to the state mainteriance system, Also, the
