Being a tract of land located in Harnett Township, New Hanover County, State of North Carolina; being a part of the tracts as shown in Deed Book 3991 at Page 194, Deed Book 4621 at Page
572, Deed Book 6643 at Page 1104, and Deed Book 1123 at Page 1843 of the New Hanover County Register of Deeds; said Tract being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference at an iron pipe found on the northwestern corner of Bee Safe Porters Neck, LLC., as shown in Deed Book 6643 at Page 1104 and the southern right of way line of
US 17 – Market Street (100-foot public right of way). Said iron pipe having NC State Plane coordinates of N: 201,393.28, E: 2,364,680.32. Said iron pipe found is the principal place
of beginning for this survey.
