HOLLINGSWORTH, Executrix of the ESTATE OF RACHEL TRASK GONSALVES
Deceased (see Estate File # 12 F000695 Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for New Hanover
County, North Carolina) and STEPHEN A. GONSALVES (Widower) Devisee under the Will of
Rachel Trask Gonsalves, "GRANTOR;" in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, paid to GRANTOR by NEW
BEGINNING CHRISTIAN CHURCH, INC. A North Carolina non-profit corporation with
offices located at 3120 Alex Trask Drive, Castle Hayne, NC 28429, "GRANTEE," the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, by these presents, does give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the said GRANTEE, and GRANTEE'S successors, and assigns, forever, in fee sunple, all that
certain lot or parcel of land located in the County of New Hanover, State of North Carolina, and
more particularly described as follows:
BEING all of that tract containing 10.00 acres and described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and
appurtenances thereto belonging, to the said GRANTEE and said GRANTEE's heirs, successors,
and assigns, forever, in fee simple, and the GRANTOR, for itself, its heirs, successors and as-
signs, does covenant with the said GRANTEE and said GRANTEE's heirs, successors and as-
signs, that GRANTOR is seised of the premises in fee simple, and has the right to convey the
same in the estate aforesaid, that title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances,
except as herein stated, and that GRANTOR hereby will warrant and defend the title against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except for the exceptions herein stated
Title to the property is subject to the following exceptions:
The provisions of all applicable zoning and land use ordinances, statutes and regulations;
current year ad valorem taxes; all applicable restrictive covenants and utility easements of
record
The designation GRANTOR and GRANTEE as used herein shall include said parties,
their heirs, successors, and assigns, and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or
neuter as required by context
All or a portion of the property herein conveyed includes or X does not include the
primary residence of a Grantor

BEING PART OF that property having Tax ID Number PART
R03300-003-001-000 and located at 2940 Blue Clay Road, Castle
Hayne, a portion of that tract described in Deed in Book 2683, Page
396, New Hanover County Registry, which tract is more exactly
described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT at the southernmost corner of Lot 98,
Section 1, Ivy Wood as recorded in Map Book 29, Page 64 of the New
Hanover County Registry. Said corner also being in the west line of
Blue Clay Road (60 foot right of way); running thence, along said west
line.
1. South 16 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds West 332.94 feet to a point,
thence, along a new line
2 North 60 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds West 1,273.60 feet to a
