We have made associated changes to the plan to include:  ReducƟon of units to 128, a density of 11.7 units per acre (< 15 units per acre consistent with Community Mixed - use Comp Plan)  Reduced parking accordingly (allowing the preservaƟon of the exisƟng pond at the front of the site)  Reduced number of buildings to 14 (to provide addiƟonal open space & acƟvity area for the families)  Open Space set-aside has been delineated based on the criteria outlined in the Ordinance (based upon some recent comments voiced by BOC members, even with the pond surface area subtracted, there is over 3 acres of open space)  Reduced the heights of Buildings 1–7 & 10-12 to 2-story (to address the concerns of adjacent residents) The site plan itself has remained substanƟally the same as to layout and vehicular circulaƟon. Changes are highlighted in a magenta color. We welcome staff review, and seek to re-present it to the Planning Board at their February 1 st meeƟng.
