Attached is the agreement to conditions for your review. On a related note, and this would typically be addressed during any future TRC review, the housing type is attached single-family since they are separated by property lines. Due to the housing type a Type A buffer will be required between the homes and any neighboring single-family residential. The Type A buffer option that involves a fence could be used to satisfy the condition along that property line. Let me know if you have any questions.
