The meeting was called to order at 3:05pm by Chair Sharm Brantley and a quorum was established.
Introductions were made byall members.
Agenda Approval and Minutes
The agenda for January 3, 2024,regular meeting was approved by consensus.
Mr. Moskal made a motion to approveNovember 1, 2023,draft meeting minutes, seconded by Ms.
Keser.The motion passed 9-0 with Ms. Wells abstaining.
Ms. Wells made a motion to approveDecember 6,2023 meeting minutes, secondedby Ms. Keser.
Themotion passed 9-0 with Mr. Smith abstaining.
Public Comments
None.
Mr. Suttonmade a motion to approve the 2024Recommendations, seconded by Ms. Wells. The
motion passed 10-0.
