The following are the meeting minutes of the Closed Session of the regular meeting that was
held on February 15, 2024 at 9 am at 6009 Market Street, Wilmington, NC.
The following persons attended the closed session portion of the meeting.

Cedric Dickerson, Member
William Rivenbark, Member
Louis Burney, Member
Ken-ip Burpeau, Legal Counsel
The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss a real estate issue per NC CS 143-
3 18. 11 (a)(5).
Motion was made by Mr. Burney to return to open session. Mr. Dickerson seconded the motion,
and all present approved.
