Public Comment I am not opposing the Legacy Landing Phase II. I am in favor of
it; however, I do have some concerns.
we will have a lot of small children out here playing in the cul-
de-sac, it would be safer for them if the street remained closed
in, and not an open feed to traffic. The water retention pond
that is planned for the back of my property, would directly affect
me, in relation to my privacy, mosquitos, frogs etc. I was
wondering if the retention pond could be put in the front of the
development just like it is in phase I of Legacy Landing. I am

also concerned about how much buffer, is going to be cut away
in relation to my property and the new phase.

Public Comment With the increase in dwellings and commercial buildings
already slated for the Castle Hayne/ Wrightsboro area, are
