The following are the meeting minutes of the Closed Session of the regular meeting that was
held on March 21, 2024 at 9 am at 6009 Market Street, Wilmington, NC.
The following persons attended the closed session portion of the meeting,.

Charles Hill, General Manager
James Casteen, Assistant General Manager
The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss a real estate issue per NC GS 143-3 18.11 (a)(5)
and a personal issue per NC GS 143-3 18.11 (a)(6).
Motion was made by Mr. Rivenbark to return to open session. Mr. Dickerson seconded the
motion, and all present approved.
