The preliminary plan for Riverside Cove has been approved. The approved preliminary plan consists of 92
townhouse units at 1.52 units per acre on 60.46 acres of land located on Castle Hayne Road (R03300-
001-057-000, R03300-001-005-000, R03300-001-053-000, R03300001-005-001, R03300-001-041-
000). Enclosed is the approved preliminary plan. Please note that a separate tree removal permit has
already been granted for this development- TR-24-000002.
This approval is valid for two years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing the
approved development is obtained.
In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other
government or regulatory agency.
