TREE RETENTION NOTES
1.SIGNIFICANT AND SPECIMEN TREES THAT ARE REMOVED SHALL BE
MITIGATED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE NEW HANOVER COUNTY
ORDINANCE.
2.TREES THAT REQUIRE MITIGATION INCLUDE:
2.1.ANY 24" DIAMETER OR LARGER CONIFER TREE
2.2.ANY 18" DIAMETER OR LARGER LONG LEAF PINE, POND CYPRESS,
BALD CYPRESS, AND HARDWOOD TREE
2.3.ANY 8" DIAMETER OF LARGER FLOWERING TREE
