Upon the completion of the construction as authorized by the "Authorization -To -
Construct", the Owner shall submit the following certification prepared by the
design professional.
Designer's Construction Cerii rcrrtion:
"I have adequately observed the progress of the construction work required by the
Authorization -To -Construct, and to the best of my professional ability, due care
and diligence certify that this work has been completed in accordance with the
latest New Hanover County Storm Water Ordinance and Storm Water Design
Manual and the Authorization -To -Construct."
