Closed Session Meeting Minutes
April 18, 2024
The following are the meeting minutes of the Closed Session of the regular meeting that was
held on April 18, 2024 at 9 am at 6009 Market Street, Wilmington, NC.
The following_ persons attended the closed session portion of the meeting.
Bruce Shell, Chairman
Angie Barr, Vice Chair
Cedric Dickerson, Member
William Rivenbark, Member
Kemp Burpeau, Legal Counsel
The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss a personal issue per NC GS 143-318.11(a)(6).
Motion was made by Mr. Rivenbark to return to open session. Mr. Dickerson seconded the
motion, and all present approved.
