The preliminary plan for Whiskey Branch Nexus has been approved. The approved preliminary plan
consists of 250 multi-family units and 67 single-family attached units located on S College Road (R07100-
004-004-000). Enclosed is the approved preliminary plan.
This approval is valid for two years unless a building permit or zoning compliance approval authorizing the
approved development is obtained.
In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other
government or regulatory agency.
