Subject: Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat TRC Approval – Tarin Woods Infrastructure
Improvements
The road and supporting infrastructure for a portion of the Tarin Woods Subdivision has been
approved by the Technical Review Committee (TRC). The approved plan consists of 4,097 linear
feet of new road infrastructure with no traffic calming devices.
This approval is for infrastructure only. No residential lots or other development approvals are
conveyed by this TRC approval. No vested right is granted for any future development of the site
outside of the infrastructure shown on the attached plan.
This approval is valid for two years unless a final plat application for all or a portion of the
project is submitted to the County. The approved preliminary plan is enclosed.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development
ordinances. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or
requirement of any other government or regulatory agency. Approval of this preliminary plan
allows for construction plans to be approved for the subject project. Construction plans must be
approved prior to full site work taking place on the property.
