Hey Robert,
You are correct. Utility plans were originally approved based on their rezoning request, however if they do not
receive approval of that request, CFPUA will want to match up their new lot layout with the infrastructure that has
been installed, and then we can require that any unnecessary taps be removed prior to ownership and
certification.
I’d be happy to meet this week and discuss though. Here is my availability:
Wednesday: 12:00-5:00
Thursday: 2:00-5:00
Friday: 8:00-3:00
Thank you,

ZjQcmQRYFpfptBannerEnd Good morning,
James Yopp requested a rezoning last year for a residenƟal development in some of the future development area of
Tarin Woods. That rezoning was denied, and that area has not been approved for any by-right development through
TRC. According to the developer they have permits to install water and sewer and it appears they’ve stubbed u ƟliƟes for
several lots in the area.
Do you have some Ɵme this week to discuss those Tarin Woods / Ironwood parcels? We’re trying to get an
understanding of what they do and do not have approval to be doing out there.
Thanks,
Robert
