The approved Preliminary Plan consists of 655 single-family dwellings and 103 townhomes on 312.86 acres of land located near the 6000 block of Sidbury Road. This approval has the following condition: 1. The Traffic Impact Analysis shall be approved by the NCDOT and the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization prior to approval of Construction Drawings for the subject project. Construction plans must be approved prior to full site work taking place on the property. This approval is valid for two years unless a final plat application for all or a portion of the project is submitted to the County. Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development ordinances, including, but not limited to, those referenced in the TRC comments dated August 21, 2019. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation, or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
