Bond Estimate
Dear Mr. Riddick:
This letter is to serve as Bond Estimate documentation for the above referenced
project. The value was determined using the contractor’s January 2021 pay
application for work completed to date and work remaining for completion. The
executed construction contract includes completing/installation of the following:
mobilization, erosion control, clearing, site grading, storm drainage systems,
onsite gravity sewer system, onsite water distribution system, sidewalks and
roadways.
